The name of the hotel restaurant is inspired by our belief that we should behave responsibly to nature and do our best to use all ingredients depending on the season of the year of our country when cooking. That’s why CROP as HARVEST is our motto because the offer is not created by us but by our fertile region. Seasonal ingredients and our allied farmers show us the way to tasty meals of the best, mainly organic ingredients depending on what is harvested or which free-range animals are slaughtered in which season.
Taste the nature based on traditional recipes modernised by our cooks led by Chef David Roztočil. We will be happy to cook for you regardless of what you prefer – meat or vegetables.
External guests are welcome to eat with us as well.
